“30 Years of Transforming Systems. A Lifetime of Transforming Hearts.”
For three decades, rising from a Detention Specialist to a Lieutenant, I worked in environments where stress was high, resources were tight, and the stakes were life-changing. I didn't just manage inmates or staff; I managed human potential under pressure.
I learned that you cannot fix a problem—whether it’s a non-compliant jail or a stalled career—without first understanding the root cause. I walked the long road of helping my department regain its accreditation after a fifteen-year struggle. I know what "impossible" looks like, and I know the step-by-step implementation required to overcome it.
Typical coaching often focuses on surface-level motivation. My approach is different. My background has given me a "x-ray vision" for structural issues. I look for the cracks in the foundation—in your team, your organization, or your personal spiritual walk.
Now, as a Board Certified Master Life Coach, I combine that strategic discipline with a heart for Disciple Making. I love nothing more than facilitating groups and peeling back the layers to get to the core of who you are.
I believe in "Starting with Why." When we find your "Why," we can build a "How" that stands the test of time.
I have traveled to 35 states auditing facilities, but my favorite journey is the one I take with my clients: from where they are, to where they were created to be.
